Fall 2025 registration opens on March 31th at 8:30 AM
We are excited that you have decided to join our community. The teachers will be hosting an Open House on Monday, March 31st from 6:30-7:30pm.
Please note: We require your child's first month of tuition as a deposit to reserve your spot. It is 50% refundable until June 30th, 2025, and it is non-refundable after July 1, 2025.

Should our program be full, you may elect to stay on our waitlist and the registrar will contact you in priority order as spaces open up. There is no fee for remaining on the waitlist. At any time, you are welcome to contact us to find out your child's position on the waitlist.

How to register:
- Use our contact form to indicate your interest. Please include details of your child's age and the program for which you wish to register. A registration package will be emailed to you.
- Log on to the Region of Waterloo’s OneList: https://regionofwaterloo.onehsn.com and select Lakeshore Cooperative Nursery School. OneList is a centralized website where parents can register, review applications, and access waiting lists for all licensed early learning and child care programs.
- Submit the completed registration package and payments
- If you choose to fill out the forms electronically, please email the registration as a .pdf file to our registrar.
- If you choose to print the forms, please contact the school or our registrar to make arrangements to deliver your registration.
- E-transfer registration fee (details will be forwarded to you with the registration package)
