​   Equivalent to first month of tuition

• Deposit will be credited towards the first month of tuition​
• 50% of the deposit is non-refundable
• No refunds after the first day of the month prior to the start date      (for example, no refund after August 1st for September start
• Due at time of registration.
• Send by e-transfer

At LCNS, payments are made by Pre Authorized Debit. Payment will be withdrawn at the beginning of each month. A PAD agreement form will be completed as part of the registration process.

NEW FOR 2025: First month tuition is due at the time of registration.

Lakeshore Cooperative Nursery School has enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC). CWELLC is a program that will help reduce our fees through government funding. As a parent or guardian of a child under the age of six, you do not need to apply to get a fee reduction, the application is completed by the school.  Please note: Fees listed above reflect the reduced rate.

Non Base Fees

• Debited from your account in July if co-operative duties have NOT been fulfilled by the end of the school year.  Fine is per duty left unfulfilled.​​

Late Pick up Fee
​$1 / minute
​After 15 minutes, $5/minute

• Charged if late pick up occurs consistently (two or more times)
• Fine begins 5 minutes after pick up is scheduled​ ​

NSF Fee
​1st NSF: Cost of bank fees
2nd NSF: Double Cost of bank fees
3rd NSF: Asked to withdraw

• Occurs if the tuition payment is returned with insufficient funds in the account (“payment bounces”)
• Full payment of tuition cost is required within 7 days by e-transfer
• Additional penalty will be determined by the bank fees

​Optional Field Trips or Fundraising Events
Amount to be determined at the time of scheduling

Families may be invited to participate in optional events outside of class time.  The cost for these will be determined based on the type of activity.  Families are not required to participate.  If a family wishes to participate and needs financial assistance to do so, they should speak with the president or supervisor.
