​   Equivalent to first month of tuition

• Deposit will be credited towards the first month of tuition​
• 50% of the deposit is non-refundable
• NO refunds after July 1, 2026
• Due at time of registration.
• Send by e-transfer

Beginning in Fall 2026, payments will be made through the Kindertales app by Pre Authorized Debit or credit card. Payment will be withdrawn/charged at the beginning of each month. A PAD agreement form is completed as part of the registration process.

Lakeshore Cooperative Nursery School has enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC). CWELLC is a program that will help reduce our fees through government funding. As a parent or guardian of a child under the age of six, you do not need to apply to get a fee reduction, the application is completed by the school.  Please note: Fees listed above reflect the reduced rate. Information about 2027 fees will be shared as soon as we receive funding information from the government.

Non Base Fees

Late Pick up Fee

• Charged if late pick up occurs consistently (two or more times)
• Fine begins 5 minutes after pick up is scheduled​ ​

NSF Fee
​1st NSF: Cost of bank fees ($10)
2nd NSF: Double Cost of bank fees ($20)
3rd NSF: May be asked to withdraw

• Occurs if the tuition payment is returned with insufficient funds in the account (“payment bounces”)
• Full payment of tuition cost is required within 7 days by e-transfer
• Additional penalty will be determined by the bank fees
• LCNS will work with families to ensure payment success.  After the second missed payment, a board member will reach out to make a plan to support the family and to explore options together

Families may be invited to participate in optional events outside of class time.  The cost for these will be determined based on the type of activity.  Families are not required to participate.  If a family wishes to participate and needs financial assistance to do so, they should speak with the president or supervisor.​
