Teacher Kelly Anne VelleTeacher Kelly is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early learning. She has had the privilege of working at LCNS since September 2015. Kelly is always looking for new learning opportunities and regularly participates in professional development opportunities. Kelly is a mom to four children and she has 10 nieces and nephews. Her family also includes a dog and three cats. Kelly loves reading and sharing books with children. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking and canoeing. |

Teacher Rebecca PinnellTeacher Rebecca is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who has 7 years experience in childcare, forest school, and family drop-in programs. Prior to childcare, she worked in camps for 8 years and holds diplomas in both Early Childhood Education and Recreation and Leisure. In addition, she holds a certificate in Children’s Mental Health. She loves building relationships with children and fostering a sense of curiosity. She is a mom of 3 and enjoys everything outdoors. |

Teacher Brittany PukarowskiBrittany first joined the nursery school community as a parent in 2022, and quickly became a valued part of the program as a parent volunteer and supply teacher. She brings warmth and dedication to her work, drawing on her experiences both at home and in the classroom. Britt is a mom to a 5 year old daughter and two dogs. She loves animals of all kinds and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and visiting museums together.

Teacher Ashley CoghlanAshley has lived in Waterloo since 2011 and she has two children and a dog. Ashley’s family was introduced to Lakeshore Cooperative Nursery School when their daughter was 3 and have loved this school community ever since! She had the privilege of serving on the board for several years, Shortly after they moved on to Elementary School, Ashley became a Supply Teacher, and then this year was hired as Enhanced Staff. Ashley enjoys working with children, helping to foster learning through play, and watching their skills grow. She is so happy to be part of the teaching team at LCNS! Outside of school, you can find Ashley working on her small business, reading, or camping.
